Casa Della Pasta is pleased to announce the release of our Pronto range of pre-cooked pasta products. Pre-cooked lasagna sheets, tortellini, ravioli, and other pasta products upon request are now available. Customers are able to achieve huge time and cost savings by purchasing pasta that is pre-cooked and ready to use.

Preparing to make your lasagna is now much easier. Our regular fresh lasagna sheet has now been value-added using our new pre-cooking process. Once pre-cooked, each lasagna sheet is individually quick-frozen (I.Q.F) to guarantee freshness and the highest possible hygienic standard.

Using this new product customers are no longer required to pre-boil their lasagna sheets so as to prepare their lasagna. Customers are now able to prepare lasagna in a fraction of the time that was previously required.

Using our pre-cooked lasagna sheets customers will have no wastage as each lasagna sheet is measured to cover a full sized Bain Marie or Catering size dish. Accurate cost control is now possible as labour time to prepare for making your lasagna can now be measured.

Customers now have the advantage of also purchasing tortellini and ravioli pre-cooked, providing significant labour savings within the kitchen’s preparation process. Apart from the time saved in not pre-boiling pasta, other important savings include reduced water usage, reduced gas usage, and a reduction in cleaning time.
